Why Ajinomoto makes food tasty ?

My simple answer is : Ajinomoto contains MSG (monosodium glutamate).
MSG is the sodium salt of processed free glutamic acid which tricks your brain into thinking that what you’re tasting is either salty or sweet by exciting your brain cells. Brain cells either become damaged or die. No long term studies have proven MSG to be safe thus far. Each of our brains is wired differently, so the damage that MSG does is different for every person.
Just to clear, in contrary to popular belief, MSG is not found in foods like mushrooms and tomatoes. Those foods have naturally bound glutamate which is not the same as the artificial processed free glutamic acid which, when combined with sodium, is MSG.
Here’s a relevant article about MSG which includes all of the ingredients containing processed free glutamic acid: http://www.naturalnews.com/02506...
I hope this article clears up the confusion regarding natural glutamate and MSG.
